CHEAP CHRISTMAS ACTIVITES
I'm going to put realtively low cost activites here for you guys!! These will be all over the place on who can enjoy them but it's okay guys, sometimes those "kidde" activites can be pretty fun and help you connect to your inner child
CHRISTMAS LIGHT TOUR
This is one of my own personal favorites, essentially you just drive around your area looking for houses or buisnesses decorated with christmas lights and such. It can be fun while blasting christmas songs in your car to see all the different things people set up.
It can be made ever better for kids or whatever if you do a mini scavenger hunt. You print out a page and have the passengers fill it out. You can google "Christmas light scavenger hunt" go to images and you can find a ton of printable templates.
If you dont have a printer you can find places to print like a library or Staples. I know at staples its like $0.24 dollars to print a single black and white sheet, not too bad at all
CHRISTMAS MOVIE MARATHON
This is a no brainer but christmas movie marathons can be lots of fun and very nice. Get yourself your favorite snacks and cuddl up under some blankets while watching some good ol christmas movies. If you don't have streaming services or cant afford them don't worry! It's not like you can priate movies and watch them all for free! No, no, dont do that it's much more better and those poor multi-million dollar compaines would lose money! Definetly (DO)N'T go to reddit and look throught the Piracy sub and FREEMEDIAHECKYEAH... Also defineity it would be a bad idea to get an ad blocker to make it even easier! Gosh what are we to do? x)
CHRISTMAS BOOKS
Reading christmas stories and books is always the best, honestly. It's also fairly inexpensive. You can check our local thrift stores for books or go to the library! The libray is free, guys! You cand find many books there to enjoy with your family or by yourself. If you want as well you can even encourage your kids to make their own christmas books, just provide them with some paper. On Walmart's website you can get 500 pages of printer paper (which is blank) for just a little over 5 bucks ($5.57). PAPER
PRINTABLE ACTIVTIES
I feel like the cheapest thing you can do is a lot of those cute printable activites. You can find color sheets, games, activties, decorations, and much more. Then like I said even if you dont have a printer, getting them printed at a store isnt really all too expensive. But just google and stuff and you can find many things to do
!!Some pics come with links!!
WEBSTIES
You can find some really cute and fun christmas website to visit and get you in the christmas mood (one of them being this one of course ;) just search some up and you can find lots of things to read and do. If you have a home computer (chromebook, pc, laptop, etc) or even an ipad or phone you can find online websites with christmas things. Santa Tracker North Pole
CHRUCH
I know christmas is technically a religious celebration and some people honor that and I respect that! I also respect celebrating christmas as just a fun holiday to get together with family (thats me). Although I know that many churches host events for the Christmas times and sometimes even have programs to help families who can't afford Christmas presents and such. If that's you and this is your faith don't feel ashamed or bad about asking for help or accepting it. It's okay and you're doing the best you can. Everyone deserves to have an awesome christmas, even if they can't afford it.
So my advice would be is ask your local church what it is they do in the festive times or ask other churches and see if you can join in, it can be a fun time connecting with others of similar faith in the holiday times while also enjoying the things they host and whatnot.
